Where we are, and who we see
We’re Gold Coast based and most of our local clients are from around here: Southport, Labrador, Ashmore, Nerang, Robina, Burleigh, Broadbeach, Coomera, Helensvale, Currumbin, Palm Beach, and down over the border into Tweed. The rest are spread right across the country — everything runs over the phone and email start to finish, so where you live never slows the deal down.

Why people use a broker here instead of their bank
Your bank has one credit policy. If you don’t fit it, that’s the end of the conversation. We work across more than 60 lenders, so a decline at one is the beginning of the conversation instead.
That matters more on the Coast than in most places, purely because of how many people here are self-employed. If you’re an ABN holder — particularly one under two years — a lot of the majors aren’t set up to say yes to you. Plenty of other lenders are.
